Felicia Costa’s connection to Sonoma County real estate began in Healdsburg in 1996, launching a career that now spans nearly 30 years. After becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2003, she developed extensive expertise in sales, marketing, management, and client service.

In 2012, Felicia returned to her native Humboldt County, where she built a highly successful real estate business known for professionalism, strategic marketing, strong communication, and a client-first approach. She earned her California Real Estate Broker License in 2021, further strengthening her comprehensive understanding of the real estate process—from property preparation and pricing to negotiation and closing.

Felicia and her husband, Mark Costa, began working together as a real estate team in 2019 and opened Humboldt Premier Properties, a locally owned boutique brokerage, in 2022. Their years representing both buyers and sellers across a wide range of properties and transactions sharpened their skills in property positioning, marketing, negotiation, and guiding clients confidently through every stage of a sale or purchase.

In 2026, Felicia and Mark brought their experience back to Sonoma County by joining North County Properties in Geyserville. Consistently recognized among the region’s top-producing real estate professionals, they offer Wine Country buyers and sellers knowledgeable guidance, responsive communication, and attentive, hands-on service.
